HOW TO TAKE PART

1.  Form a group of 3-5 members and name your team.
   
2. Take a 30-second TikTok video telling us how your department advocates mindfulness.
   
3. Title your clip with a tagline  of no more than 5 words .
   
4. Set your video to make it visible to "everyone".
   
5. Send your video link with the team name, each team member's name. institution annd designation and and provide a description of the activity in writing to exco@ssr.org.sg
   

CONTEST RULES

1. Each team is limited to ONE entry.
   
2. Videos must observe existing local PDPA policies.
   
3.  Entries will be judged based on content, relevance, creativity and originality.
