SSR - LTWRAP Sponsorship Funding Terms
To ensure your LTWRAP Sponsorship Application is processed smoothly, please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Download and complete the LTWRAP sponsorship terms.
2. Attach the completed sponsorship terms, a copy of your accepted abstract, proof of acceptance in LTWRAP, and include a short 100 word essay on how you have been actively engaged in advance practice within your field.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully, as incomplete or incorrect applications will be voided.
