Ordinary Member - $50.00 (SGD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Valid for one year from date of approval. Non-inclusive of entrance fee of $20.

Associate Member - $50.00 (SGD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments ASSOCIATE Members shall consist of Diagnostic Radiographers and Radiation Therapists who are Permanent Residents of Singapore, or are of
other nationalities who possess recognized qualifications in Diagnostic
Radiography or Radiation Therapy.

Members of other professions who are interested in the advancement of Medical Radiography may apply for ASSOCIATE membership, subject to the approval of the Council.

Valid for one year from date of approval. Non-inclusive of entrance fee of $20.

Student - $15.00 (SGD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Entrance fees for student members are waived. Said membership will lapse once you have graduated or have left your undergraduate program.

Student Package (Singapore Institute of Technology) - $40.00 (SGD) Subscription period: 4 years, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments Only SIT Y1 students in their Trimesters 1 and 2 of study are eligible for this membership package promotion. This membership will grant you student membership for the entire duration of your academic endevour. Said membership will lapse once you have graduated or have left your undergraduate program.

I understand that only Ordinary, Associate and Student membership is open for application.
I have noted the eligibility requirements for each membership category, and agree to provide the necessary supporting documents.
I accept that the society has the right to request for supporting documents as required.
I accept that the society has the right to revoke membership statuses.
I acknowledge that the society is not an industrial union and is not bound by the Trade Unions Act.
By submitting the membership application, the I acknowledge and consent to have the society hold the required information based on the Personal Data Protection Act. I also consent to being contacted by the society regarding promotional material and membership information.
I acknowledge that the S$20 entrance fee will be forfeited for a non-successful application due to failure to provide the required details or documents after two re-submissions i.e. total of three attempts.
